Every Friday we go next door for a takeaway and the neighbours the other side go too. We take a bottle of wine and eat and chat.... it's nice to catch up with each other. Tonight its fish n chips. I don't bake hot cross buns anymore mine are from sainsbury's.

We're having cod tonight. I haven't decided how it's going to get from fridge to plate, but no doubt it will.
We eat a lot of fish and really enjoy it. Avo - I've been buying River Cobbler from that supermarket recently - it's really nice. It's where I buy my hot cross buns too.

Hubby had fish, I'm veggie so usually have something homemade but saying that, I've got raging toothache at the moment (yes...always on a bank holiday!!) so it was soup for me!Comment
