Brunch

Have just had a lovely Brunch with SIL`s parents , we went to The Pancake Kitchen on one of our Marinas it sells Sweet and Savory Pancakes and Waffles Brian and myself had the all day breakfast pancake and Friends both had the American Bacon and mayple syrup pancakes , they were excellent but i feel very full now. we have been for the sweet waffles before but never the savory and never for brunch , On the way home we called into the new Morrisons that has just opened this week not far from us . As we walked out of the lift a member of staff was just about to get in when we made eye contact and both smiled at same time ,it was a old school friend i havent seen in almost 40 yrs she looked as i remember her just older . she moved abroad with her family not long after leaving school but came back to England 3 yrs ago with her Husband . turns out she lives not far from us but is moving down south in a few month to manage a store down there so i doubt if i will see her again but it was nice to see her today , its a small world isnt it

Gemini the young man who has just opened the kitchen spent a few years in America and worked in a Pancake house over there as part of a manager training course he was on, He thought he would give it a go over hear its only a small place but doing well in the few weeks its been open , he said there portion size wasnt as big as they do them in USA though
