    Charity Run

    Yesterday my DD and two work friend's did the 5k Mud run for Cancer
    She had a brilliant time and so far has raised £750
    They didn't look as clean at the end as they did at the start ,
    She said they laughed all the way ,
    So proud of her she is like our own little Ninja

    Good for her, Oma. They might be muddy in the second picture, but all their smiles are still bright.

    I bet she was glad to get into a shower, though.

      They did well Oma, even with the mud, I don't know if anyone watched cycling yesterday from France, those poor men were covered in mud, I wondered at times how they could see where they were going, there was one winner of course but to me they all deserved a medal.
