    Trust me to forget !!

This last Thursday the 4th was my son & dil's 4th wedding anniversary where does the time go ? 4 yrs since we where arriving back from Las Vegas and trust me to forget all about it,so some grovelling was done on the phone to dil who made me feel worse by saying they had called around to do a garden fence visit on that afternoon of the 4th I must have been asleep as I can't remember hearing them knock or the dog barking any other time she would have ran to the door and barked like mad.I've promised them a breakfast morning treat in the next couple of weeks when local places are back to normal and they are both off work. Phew that was a close shave.

Glamma, none of us know what day it is most of the time right now, let alone the date! I'm sure you will be forgiven

Gem's right. Who knows what day it is at the moment! I can never remember my DS1 and DIL1's wedding anniversary - sometime early August, but I can never remember the date. But it's hardly surprising - both OH and I forgot our own First wedding anniversary!! That takes some doing, doesn't it!

I'm sure they will be very happy with their treat, but you are right, it doesn't seem like 4 years ago. xx

Glam, because I don’t bother looking in the diary any more I have missed a couple of birthdays. Grovelling has taken place here too!
