    Telling it Like it is!

Everyone here for breakfast and Rugby this morning. I thought I would take the opportunity to try on a new knitted suit and get the DDs opinions.
DD2, hesitating, said “it looks very nice but it may have looked better as a dress.”
DD1 who you can always rely on to tell it as it is said “ you look like you have been rolled up in a carpet”. Needless to say it’s all parcelled up ready to return now I’ve stopped laughing.

Grauntie - this must be one advantage of having DDs. If you ask a son that question I'm sure he'd say "yeah, you look great, mum" without taking his eyes off the football!

Good job you asked their opinion before you decided to keep it.

Grauntie - I'm now wondering what you have replaced the 'rolled up carpet' with, and have you shown your DDs?

It will be hard to find a worth replacement for a rolled up carpet!
