Gem it sounds like the apartment my friend ( and SIL's Parents ) are moving into on the 2nd of November ,
They have their 3 story house up for sale and are moving into a ground floor apartment that has a little patio outside their living room , She is in a wheelchair due to Lymphodema as I have told you about and cant manage stairs now , they are lovely places I bet your aunt is very happy there
