Freezing in Canada!

DD3, in Nova Scotia, has been complaining about the cold for several days now. Telling us they are in their thermals, and she is only leaving the flat when she really has to. Poor SIL works a long walk from home, he will have to be braving it each day!
It will get a whole lot colder, unfortunately!
Yesterday on Instagram she posted a video as she walked down heir street.It was indeed very snowy with lots of the ground and still falling.
My girl is very much used to comfort and hates the cold, like her mum. How will she cope???!!

Me neither Qwerty.
Our nephew lives in Canada,he says,even though they get a lot of snow,things don't come to a standstill like they do here.
After this mornings drizzle,it turned into a nice day,sun is shining now.
Managed to get the rest of the Christmas cards written today.

That's right Nan2, they are equipped for it over there as it happens every year and for many months!
They have bought thicker thermal layers Daisy, and today I bought them each 2 pairs of extra warmth thermal socks for their Christmas parcel


Qwerty, no way could I live anywhere cold either!

I love Canada. It is a beautiful place. But there are parts of it that are just tooooo cold for me.
