    We're One Week Old Today

    Just saying! Thank you all for your patience and good humour while we Admin stumble around and try and find our way through all the back office stuff. Hopefully glitches are getting sorted and everyone is becoming more familiar with the Forum. You are all stars - every single one of you.

    I must admit it has taken a bit of time to get used to it and I still cannot post smilies and I cannot figure out how to put a comment at the bottom of my posts BUT I am grateful that I can put pictures on now. Getting used to it but have been busy and haven't reallyproperly settled to it but I am getting there. Thanks ladies and HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I know we haven't even sorted out this year's meet but, even given the season (it is blowing a gale and chucking it down outside) maybe we should look to do a birthday event next year? OR maybe we can do an "official" birthday later in the year in 2016??? Just a random thought..... But anyway well done ladies and thank you.

      The comment at the bottom of your posts is the Signature, and you've done that 'If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together.' Perhaps it doesn't show on your HiPad.

        Aaah thanks for that Daisy - that is what I wrote and no it doesn't show on HIpad. I will get the laptop out and log on to have a look. that laptop has had more activity this weekend than it has for about two years!!!

          I second what Daisy said. We have come a long way, but we are still learning and don't have all day to work things out unfortunately.
          We are very glad you all joined us, and are so patient with us

            I didn't realise Gransrus was open to business until a day later .... but happy birthday anyway . Hopefully all the problems will soon be sorted.
