I often play music while I'm on here, FB or whatever, and tonight I've been listening to The Eagles, and had forgotten just how much the instrumental part of Hotel California sends tingles down my spine - not just the spectacular lead, but fantastic bass runs and great drumming.

Nanto - some groups span the generations, don't they! I also sometimes find gems that passed me by at the time, but hearing them now I wonder how I missed them 'in the day'.
Oma - when we go to the States the first thing we do is tune the car radio to a country station!

The Eagles was the first cassette I ever bought OH when we had been going out together or courting as my dad used to call it, it was their greatest hits brilliant band and such good song writers too.
I am enjoying a new album out by a chap called George Ezra I havnt bought it but hear the album on radio 2, he did the theme song to Were going on a bear hunt kids sing along to it when it's on tv which it is every week at our house 😏
