Daisy you are so organised, I must take a leaf out of your book . It's daunting when I think of the task ahead, I hadn't even considered the digital photos I have . I have 100s on my desktop, got loads on my iPad and phone and some on three external hard drives, I just need to find the inspiration to get started !

Mimi - I'm not organised, honestly. I started sorting out printed photos years ago, but never quite kept up to date. As for digital photos - I've got hundreds of thousands. I nearly always shoot RAW + Jpeg with my camera which means I've got 2 copies of everything, and I don't always delete the rubbish ones when I shoot them! But my DS gets a lot of people coming into his photographic shop upset because they've 'lost' important pictures because their camera, phone or computer has gobbled them up. So I am trying to go forwards more carefully. A really useful option on my iPhone and iPad is the favourites folder. You can tick a photo and it automatically gets saved there, then it's easy to find it later. I presume other makes of phone can do something similar. You don't have to do the whole job in one go!!
