My lovely Daisy's Caravan is hanging in the actual caravan and looks perfectly at home there.

Nana - caravan walls are difficult to hang things on - I tried stick on hooks and suction hooks, but they didn't work. Then I found the perfect place - there's a glass-fronted drinks cupboard (posh, eh!) and I used a suction hanger inside the door, so not only is it clearly visible it won't get dusty and if it should fall off during travelling it will land safely on the shelf.

That would have been nice, you could have seen our faces when we saw them lovely lady.

I have almost finished making myself a summer top and would you believe it I have a pattern piece missing for a facing. I have had the pattern in and out of the packet lots of times but no sign of it. I have been in touch with Simplicity and they are going to send one to me. It is a back neck facing, I could possibly make one myself but I will wait for them to send one now, so that is waiting to be finished. I have just bought a lovely book on bag making, can't wait to start. Wish me luck, problem is I make mistakes these days which I never would when I was younger.

Plant - It's always exciting starting a new project, and bag making sounds very intriguing. I'm sure everyone makes mistakes when they make anything - but with some things it's easy to hide them - you should see how many duff photos I've deleted over the years!
