    My latest project.

(Thanks to Pinterest again for this idea.)

I printed the bride's favourite foto onto material in greyscale. It was originally a colour foto. She put her bouquet on her husband's parent's grave the day after the wedding, so I wanted to make a feature of it. I embroidered the flowers in colour embroidery thread. This is the result. I hope she likes it. I also stitched the groom's button hole flowers the same way.

Thank you everyone. So pleased you like it. Plant, it was all hand sewn. I took it round to DD2 tonight as it's her gift for her best friend, (the bride) & she loves it. She said she's excited & can't wait to give it to her.

The difficulty was the size, 7x5". It was such a tight area to work with. Worth it tho.

                          Update.......
DD gave the wedding embroidery to her best friend today & she rang me to tell me she was over the moon with it saying it will take pride of place. She said it is really special. Mission accomplished. How lovely.
