    Fingers with own movements

Has anyone had or got this ,sometimes when I am hovering over my iPad usually my index finger suddenly drops onto the pad and clicks it's own letter, it's most annoying as I then have to cancel it before I write , it has a mind of its own and it's most disconcerting πŸ‘‡πŸ»

My laptop has a mind of its own reacting to my finger merely hovering somewhere near it, not sure about my finger though!

Qwerty, I'm used to resting my fingers on the 'home' keys - the result of having learned to touch type in the days of clunky manual typewriters, and on my iPad I often find I've typed something just because my fingers have touched it without intending to hit a particular key. I much prefer to use a 'proper' keyboard on my desktop computer, but the wretched thing won't fit into my handbag like the iPad and my phone do!

No but I do have a tongue that insists on saying things my brain isn’t thinking of, do you think the two things connected in any way?

Well it's very annoying that I have no control over my index finger, as for the tongue thing Mimi it's another age thing as GM says gggrrr
