Nana - sometimes it seems as though we're going round in circles with one doctor saying one thing and another one something entirely different. You end up not knowing who to listen to!
I'm glad the hernia op went well, but as you say, recovery takes a lot longer. When my DS2 had a hernia op a couple of years ago it took him several months to get over it complete, although he went back to work after 2 weeks and was careful about lifting etc for another 4 weeks.
I hope they can sort out the irregular heartbeat for you though. That must be quite scary. xx

Oma you know how to flatter a girl😂 Daisy I think most people associate hernias with the groin area. Mine was across my tummy, 2" or so above the naval. Glad your son recovered well. I do feel as tho' I'm going around in circles but my health issues aren't as bad as some of the Grans on here. Hopefully I'll get sorted soon.

I think it's still early days for this op'. I just get caught out every so often if I overstretch, lift heavy GC or perhaps lie a certain way. It will heal soon I'm sure. Thanks for your concern.
Glam, funny you should say that about your OH, as mine is the same.
