Right I have looked this up now. It sounds painful, your poor DD Granam2aj
I'm afraid I have no experience or knowledge of the condition. Maybe some other members may have, from their own pregnancies or those of DDs or DILs.
If anyone is unsure, as I was, spd is :http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnan...gnant-spd.aspx“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

My DIL had it Granma2aj, she was in so much pain from about 4 month into the pregnancy , she had physio and felt some help in swimming, but in the end had to be fitted with a support belt , she didnt sleep well unless she put a pillow between her thighs and didnt move , very restraining , we bought her a Tens machine but to be honest that didnt help much either .sorry i cant be of much help i think the support belt is her best bet , it doesnt take all the pain away but makes it bearable xxxLast edited by Oma; 18-02-2017, 05:58 PM.Im not fat just 6ft too small

Granma2aj - congratulations to your DD3, but I do hope she doesn't develop SPD again - it sounds at best uncomfortable, if not really painful. Do keep us posted on how she gets on."Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

https://www.thesnoozle.com/. Came across this on my Facebook page. The fifth feedback down (right at the bottom) says how helpful it was to someone suffering with SPD! Hopefully it won't be needed but worth bearing in mind!xx
