Thanks again for sharing your experiences. I go to see my Consultant, (think I've mentioned it) next Thursday. Hopefully he can put me back on track somehow. He's really thorough so I should at least find out where I go from here.

UPDATE.
I managed to get an earlier appointment & it's a good job I did. I went last Thursday. I have a swelling at the back of my eye which is interfering with my sight. I was asked to read what I could on the chart with the right eye & all I could see was a white shape. It shocked me to be honest. I knew my sight was worsening in that eye but my other eye must have been compensating. Had scan etc & consultant was as disappointed as I was. So I now have both an inflamed area (the injection site) and this swelling. So instead of coming away sorted I now have 6wks of two different eye drops. Needless to say I was a bit down but you just have to crack on.

Aww Nana that's a shame , My BIL has a swelling on his eyeball at the back its like a pea size lump but they said its not doing any harm so leaving it , fingers crossed yours goes with the drops xxxIm not fat just 6ft too smallComment
