This morning I had a Telephone consultation with my Dr I rang to make an appointment as the allergies in my eyes are back and they are very red and sore , Eye hospital discharged me last year and said if it flared up again just to see my GP, I told receptionist about it and she suggested a phone appointment ,
I must say for minor things this way is so good , instead of waiting for appointment and having to go and sit in a waiting room it was all done in a few minutes , Dr put prescription through to the chemist that collects and delivers our stuff they delivered within the hour . As I said for minor or repeat treatment it saves so much time for patient and Dr .
