Hello granma2aj, how lovely to see you again

I'm sorry to hear about the menieres, but sometimes it's good to have a diagnosis. Is there treatment for it?

I'm glad the tablets are helping, but losing some of your hearing must be frustrating. I don't know much about it - do attacks come on suddenly or are symptoms there all the time?

You have my sympathy! I had about six months of total deafness and dizziness because of a virus and it was really isolating and scary not being able to make sense of the world around me. I hope that you are getting the help you need to cope with it all.
                xx

Thank you for your thoughtful messages the tablets help alot cant do lifts very often but dd & oh say stairs are better exercise lol We went to Benalmadena about 3 weeks ago walked along the prom the oh said we would have to go up some steps to get to the shops said they are only 300 I said I will take my chances with the lift lol

Granma2aj - given the choice of 300 steps or a lift, I know which I'd choose, too.

300 steps would have done me in
