    Medication

Well it's been very stressful this morning,
Went to Boots to pick up my medication for my tremors, to be told they don't have any and can't get them till July,
They have had my order since monday and didn't inform me.

I had the same trouble last month,
Anyway I visited 5 different pharmacies all saying the same ,
Except one little pharmacy who had it in double strength but I could get that and half it ,

So I then had to go to my Dr and explain everything to the receptionist, she was very helpful, said she would get it signed off with the Dr and it should be ready to pick up this afternoon and she will phone me ,
Fingers crossed she does as I only have them till Sunday morning.

I'm not having this carry on next month , I'm going to make an appointment with my Dr see if there is a alternative till at least July .
I'm hot stressed and now have a headache 🙄

Nothing seems straight forward Oma, especially as the problems with Mil must be constantly on your mind.

      It is Plant ,
I have gotten them sorted , just been to collect them but I feel like it's been one thing after another,
The good news is MILs COVID is subsiding and she was feeling a little better today,
      That woman is bomb proof,
Any other 92 yr old with lung and heart problems wouldn't survive,
      But it's early days yet.

Oh Oma, just what you don't need, what lot of needless stress for you. Take it easy if you can xxx

I agree your MIL is indestructible. My mum was the same. Despite her being 93 we were all shocked when she died as she had bounced back from the brink so many times!

MIL was like that. I alled her a bouncing ball, always bounced back so many times.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Oma, I'm sorry you're having such a stressful time made worse by not getting your meds. There seem to be a lot of drugs that people depend on that are unobtainable at times. I've heard so many people say they have had to go round several pharmacies to get a prescription filled.

            Your MIL is amazing.
