    Searching for Happiness

I've just read this article by Fergal Keane, a BBC reporter. I'm sharing it with no comments, but hope it may be of some help/interest to someone.

Prompted by Blue Monday, the BBC's special correspondent reflects on his struggle to find balance and joy in life - and a surprisingly straightforward solution.
"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

A brilliant piece of writing Daisy. Thank you for passing it on.

Very interesting and touching article Daisy.

In recent years I am trying much harder to see the pleasure in small things. I think one possible benefit of the Lockdowns was taking time to appreciate small things because that's all we had then.
