I wasted an hour this morning trying to renew my driving licence on line. Three times the message came up saying I wasn’t eligible and in the end I tried the chat. Entered all my details for the fourth time only to be told that I’d renewed in August. I looked at the tiny print in the licence and sure enough, it expires in 2027. But I have absolutely no memory of doing it or even receiving the new card. It is worrying, just hope the bang on my head hasn’t caused me some brain damage…

Sum1, I think it's quite likely to be the result of constant (and severe) pain, delayed shock and having to put conscious thought (as opposed to sub-conscious or automatic) into simple, everyday tasks, like washing and dressing and a million other things you don't normally have to think about. I remember you saying how tired you were as well.
If you are worrying about the possibility it's best to mention it to your doctor, but when you think about all the trauma you've been through with your accident we would all be forgetting things. xx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

I think Daisy is right ,
You had so many other things going on that little things like this can easily be forgotten.
When you think how little sleep you had and the pain you are in , you are bound to have had brain fog .
Dont worry about it but as Daisy said you can always have a chat with your Dr, if you can get an appointment that is 🙄Im not fat just 6ft too small
