Gem - good to hear your BP readings are good away from the stress of the surgery, especially after a stressful week. Not much chance of sending them the results if the link has expired though. I do worry about all this remote doctoring.

My bloods came back high , so I have a phone appointment with the nurse on Tuesday Morning ,
Tuesday afternoon the Dr is ringing , the markers are still high on my other bloods so needs to talk about that
BP still high so basically im dropping to bits
Im not fat just 6ft too smallComment

Oma, I do hope you can get some answers as to why your blood and BP are giving cause for concern. That can’t be helping your sleeping. I haven’t had my BP taken for years and my OH’s machine doesn’t seem to be working. They have one in the surgery waiting room, might try using it when I am in next.What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stareComment
