    Relaxation

When the nurse said my blood pressure was high last Wednesday, I thought I'd better give myself a good talking to and also a bit of pampering.

I like the relaxing music with calming pictures you can find on t'internet, and this is the one I've been using this week. The images are beautiful and very serene and the music tape is easy to relax into, so I thought I'd share it, hoping it helps some of our grannies who always seem to be awake in the wee small hours:

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Make the pictures full screen for best effect.

The pictures are beautiful Daisy. Especially the night sky.

Grauntie - I'm lucky to have a 27" screen on my Mac, and those images are stunning - you can really think yourself into being there. I'm becoming addicted to it!!!

Thanks Daisy but I'm a shocker. If I listen to anything like that to aid sleep I get impatient with it being so slow & change to something more upbeat...end up "dancing on the ceiling" with Lionel.😂😍

Nana - that made me laugh out loud, although I know it's no laughing matter when you're tired and can't sleep. I hope Dancing on the Ceiling with Lionel helped you nod off!

                  That's lovely Daisy.
The music is a lot like some of the CDs I use in my work
