    Oldies and Goodies

Watching Michael Caine on The One Show just night aged 85, and seeing Sheila Hancock earlier today same age, both smart, and totally with it in all ways, made me think of the number of people in that age group who are not only alive, but properly living.
June Brown (Dot in Eastenders) is 90 and full of life. Our Queen at 92 and Prince Philip at 96, don't walk with sticks. Dear Nicholas Parson is in his 90's and still hosts Just A Minute excellently. David Attenborough, recently seen on TV with the Queen is in his early 90's and wearing very well. There must be many more examples.
Will we be like this, or is there something about that generation??

It does give us hope doesn’t it, makes a change from all the deaths of famous folk that died in their 60’s over the last few years

Gem - we will definitely be like them. I am determined!

          Thanks Daisy.

I saw Michael Caine, he was very entertaining, he does look great for his age.
