    Beautiful Babies

We have a portable DVD player for the car but it doesn't get used so we put it up for sale and this afternoon a young mother came for it , a black lady with two beautiful babies , she had a little girl who was 2 and the most gorgeous little boy of 7 month , The little girl was asleep and B was fitting the DVD player onto the headrest for her when the little boy held his arms out to me , well I couldn't resist he was just adorable and what a clever little thing , after he finished pulling my nose and sticking his chubby little hands in my mouth I showed him his reflection in our car window and started tapping the window and he copied everything I did we had a blurting game then he blew bubbles and had the biggest smile ever , he stole my heart in that short half hour it was lovely to hold a baby so close again with his chubby arms and legs and tight curly hair , I had forgotten how your arms ache to hold a baby again

    Awww Oma

I know that feeling, when you haven't had a baby in your arms for ages, there is a physical ache. Not for everyone, but those who feel it know what you mean!

He was just adorable and his tight black curls were like a little affro and so soft and he smelt of baby powder , I was reluctant to let him go

Can't wait for that moment when my GGS puts his arms out for me to cuddle him.

It's that baby smell I loved, all powdery and warm. Lovely memories ❤️

Plant it is truely an amazing feeling when they recognise you I have that funny feeling everytime Sofia arrives with my DD,she now runs into the house looking for Grandpa and to steal the fridge magnets from the fridge door she is a whirlwind to say the least.
