OH was channel flicking last night and happened upon a programme called Naked Attraction. I have to say I was shocked to the core! A young woman was deciding which man she fancied by looking at their naked bits and pieces! For real! How does that work then? How do you tell if he is a decent chap by the size and shape of his penis and how he styles his pubic hair?

What has gone wrong with TV? I thought 'I'm a Celeb' and TOWIE were the pits but this and what I hear about 'Love Island' have surpassed those. One consolation is it cannot get any worse....can it?

Grauntie, a few weeks ago friends told us that they had seen this the previous night as it followed a programme they were watching. They couldn't believe their eyes.
Intrigued we found it on catch up the following day. It has to be seen to be believed, thats all I can say.

Hubby was telling me about this programme a couple of weeks ago. I think it's a case of anything goes these days.
We have never watched Love Island Grauntie,but seem to hear a lot about it.

Its all trash anyway , and who are these people ? they will make programmes out of any rubbish ,
Having said that I watched a thing a couple of weeks ago about TV in the,60/ 70/80 , OMG some of the stuff around then was pornographic , I remembered a few of them but some I have no idea how they were aired in them days but they were , and like today aimed at the younger generation. I thought it was a innocent time back then but it clearly wasn't .
I don't watch any of them Big Brother ,Love island , I'm a Celebrity , all that kind of stuff , I also don't watch the soaps , every week there was someone being murdered or jumping into bed with someone else partner , Coronation street I would hate to live in, the murders on that street everything getting blown up or set on fire , East enders is a joke how many can they bring back in for goodness sake , Emmerdale is the same, so far fetched , hate them all .

Well I also flicked over and came across the same programme oh my goodness me I don't watch most of the reality programmes but must admit to BB being my guilty pleasure all the soaps seem to be written by the same script writer I feel in Emmerdale you wouldn't know whose child belonged to whom there are so many swaps and changes of partners its unbelievable,and I've never seen a sheep or a cow for many a long year

I have to admit i do like my soaps.
We don't watch Big Brother ,Love island , I'm a Celebrity.
Don't like the talent shows either, X Factor,Britains Got Talent or The Voice.
I have seen bits of Strictly come Dancing, but as soon as the judges come on, i change channel.
Can't put up with any of them.

Nan2, we watch Emmerdale, Corrie and EastEnders (If I didn't watch Corrie and Emmerdale mum and I would have even less to talk about!)
I do see the point of others who say soaps are all drama and doom and gloom , but it's just a form of escapism for those who follow them

OH watches Eastenders and Corrie - but only since he's retired and I think it's a kind of substitute for 'office gossip' for him. I used to watch Corrie back in the day, but now I can't follow it at all. They seem to change partners at the drop of a hate, hate someone one day and live with them the next. I never know who's friends with who. I don't like the reality shows at all. When you think professional actors attend drama school for 3 years to learn their craft and then work their way through minor roles to gain experience, how can you expect the reality 'stars' to compare with them. It's the same with radio phone ins or programmes like Question Time - I find myself shouting at the radio/tv 'for goodness sake think what you're going to say before you say it, keep it short and stop 'umming and 'ahhhing' - and don't interrupt other people. Grrrrr ........

I enjoy Strictly - partly because I like the music and costumes, and can read or be online at the same time, and I've recently surprised myself by enjoying The Voice Kids, although I missed the final, so don't know who won. There were some extremely talented youngsters.
