UPDATE
Another Manager rang me yesterday apologising profusely. He's been with the Co 28 yrs & had just returned from holiday. He said he would come out personally if I wish, to say how sorry he is.
Long story short, they're collecting the suite this afternoon. They're giving us a full refund.
