The Frustrations of Sainsbury "Search products" online

I'm trying to complete a Sainsbury's order for delivery in the morning.

I thought it would be good to get oven liners for my new oven before it got messy. No idea what they'd be listed under, so I put Oven Liners in the the Search box.

What did I get?

Panty liners mostly, plus, for variety, Straight Cut Oven Chips, Muffins (really?) Cat litter liners, Peanuts and an Air Fryer!!!

Sometimes the search results are very puzzling I find.

Apparently (I'm told) there are people whose job it is to allocate appropriate categories for each item, and I can see the dilemma in this case!

I find you have to be creative and put any variations you can think of or search in categories you wouldn’t expect 😁
