Another Bouquet

On Wednesday I was searching round the internet for the text book being used in my French class. Amazon's was about £5 cheaper than anywhere else - but not much use as it was out of stock and there was no indication of when it would be back in stock!

I checked our nearest Waterstones and it was out of stock there - but available online. So I ordered it on Wednesday afternoon, and it arrived this morning.

That's the third item this week that something has arrived in double quick time without resorting to first class delivery or anything special.

Well done Waterstones.

It does mean I have no excuse not to do my homework, though!

I ordered a Waterstones voucher to be delivered to my house for GD's birthday whist I was away last week, as I knew I wouldn't get to a shop. It came very quickly.

I'm not sure Daisy, but she is very into reading at the moment, and at 12 starting to read different books. DD thought a book token would be a good idea. I had bought a black fluffy bag she wanted from H&M, so put the token, with some sweeties, inside the bag.

Not for Waterstone's but Weird Fish! I ordered a knitted dress on Sunday and then realised I've forgotten to put in the discount code. Emailed the company and got a message back, saying the code had been applied. Yesterday the dress arrived and I'm pleased to say it fits well, good quality and will be lovely for the winter. Was impressed by the prompt service and getting the discount!
