    What delays? A bouquet for ASICS

    I ordered a pair of ASICS trail shoes (sturdy trainers for rough tracks) on the 4th October. They're not cheap but they do have great support and wear well. My hear sank a little when I realised they were being shipped from Germany, but I needn't have worried.

    They arrived today, just 3 days later, from Krefeld (just north of Cologne and close to the Dutch border). I think that's fantastic service.

            Brilliant, wasn't it!

            Grauntie - yes, they are a really good fit, very comfortable and also lighter than the Sketchers trainers I've been wearing during the summer.

                  Plant - already done. I went into the village in them this morning. Admittedly not a tough assignment for them, but it proved they're comfortable to walk and drive in.
