    Excellent service

A few month ago we bought a retractable garden hose on Amazon
when we used it a few days ago it sprung two leaks ,

B went on site and arranged a return printed out the label and packed it up .

Yesterday morning just after 8 he popped to our local shop to sent back by Hermes

By 10 am yesterday Amazon had refunded his money .
Hadn't even waited for parcel to arrive back just did a instant refund

Can't argue with that can you 😉

Well done Amazon. I am still having emails from Superdrug about the unwanted items I received. They keep saying they are sorry and when I say back that I am not going to send them back at my expense they just apologise and say could I return them at my convenience no mention of sending me a returns label.

      Excellent Oma

Plant, ignore those Superdrug twits. (I think I may be inclined to email one more time in block capitals stating that THEY MUST COLLECT THE ITEMS, then leave it at that!

Oma - for all its faults, I've found Amazon very good on replacing faulty items. One year our GS2's main present we'd ordered from there arrived broken. This was less than a week to Christmas and the toy was in high demand. But the replacement arrived with two days. The same happened with our coffee maker.

Plant - as for Superdrug! They probably haven't got the flexibility in their 'system' to say we'll arrange to collect the parcel! Their problem.

No Plant it's not your responsibility , it's their mistake so why should you carry the expense and inconvenience

Plant I may be wrong but it's worth looking up ,

I think if you send them notice that they must collect by a certain date and they don't you can consider them as a gift .

Oma - yes, I vaguely remember something like that, but it bears checking out.

I am certainly fed up receiving their emails, although they are apologetic, why don't they send me a returns label.

Plant - you'd think it would be simple, wouldn't you!
