Grauntie - I would have been steaming mad!

I can't understand the mentality of people like that - working in a shop like that and being rude and scruffy.

Oh Grauntie was a horrible day you both had,I would bombard twitter on the way you where treated in H.Samuel it is disgraceful behaviour, even when I worked in the Charity shop I managed I always had on a suit and hair & makeup done its just part and partial of the job in my opinion,my daughter is a manager in a call centre and she goes to work suited and booted even though she only has contact with clients over the phone.
I feel so sorry for the poor soul who died from jumping off the bridge how do the family and driver concerned cope with that its not worth thinking about.
JL would certainly have been a better choice in my opinion but hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it ?

A good friend of ours works for the railways. You would be amazed and shocked by how many people jump. It happens all the time. She says some drivers are so traumatised they can never return to work.

Gem - that's so sad. When I read about things like that I try to imagine how desperate someone must be to throw themselves off a bridge into the path of a train or lorry. I can totally understand some drivers might never be able to return to work after such a traumatic experience. I would haunt you for the rest of your life.
