We have an amazing Mira shower in our ensuite bathroom. It's a rain shower and a handheld one with several different 'patterns' and you can use both together or just one at a time.
At the end of last week it went wrong. I thought it might be the pump, and we knew it was very close to the end of the 5-year guarantee. OH rang on Monday and they couldn't do it until next week. No great problem, we're lucky enough to have a shower in the main bathroom. Anyway, yesterday lunch-time they phoned - they had an engineer in the area would we like him to do it that afternoon!
He was here with the hour and very quickly worked out that the hose to the shower head had kinked inside - it looked ok from the outside. He replaced it within seconds, and there was no charge as it was still under guarantee - for about another 3 days!
This is the second time we've had brilliant service from Mira, and if we have to replace the shower in the other bathroom, guess what we'll be getting.
