I have a Dyson stick had it for almost 2 years and its stopped working so I have a repair man booked for tomorrow ,
Just had a phone call from Dyson saying the engineer has had a family bereavement so cant make it tomorrow , that's fine so I expected them to re schedule a appointment ,

He then said because we have to cancel instead of re arranging a appointment we are sending you a new machine !!!!
The courier will Deliver it Tomorrow is that ok with you

Dyson do have excellent customer service.
Hubbys pal broke something on their Dyson, so got in touch with them to buy a new part.
Dyson told him that particular part shouldn't have broken, and they sent him a new machine.

Excellent service Oma Ill remember that piece of information when I need to replace mine,I have my stick hanging in the cupboard in the kitchen as you know we are in a bungalow and space is at a premium the person who designed them gets all my praise for such a space saving gadget.
I think I may have told you a few years ago my neighbour cracked the lid on her Romoska Oven thingy she bought it from Lakeland when they where in Liverpool1,she asked me to ring and see if they could supply a replacement and the CS lady said they had a lifetime gaurentee and she took details etc,the next day a parcel force van arrived with a complete new Romoska Oven and a set of cookbooks for the inconvienience caused,excellent service once again in my book.

Well it arrived and it was a better model mine was a V6 this one is aV8 pet much more powerful a bigger head and easier to clean filter etc ,
all new tools plus free extra heads it has a longer lasting battery too ,
Im very pleased
