Bungalows usually go quickly, don't they?

They do, Gem, and they're at a premium in this area because such a lot of people come here when they retire. Also a lot of bungalows that come on to the market are estate sales (ie the owner has passed away) and need lots of work, but from the pictures we've seen of Libra's it's gorgeous, plus that beautiful garden.

Well viewing one went okay, loved size of the rooms . But the tiered garden didn't appeal as 2 young children. Understandable it is a lot of steps up for little feet.
