    Window Cleaning

I seem to remember talk of a Kärcher window cleaner. Please can anyone tell me whether they are worth buying? I cannot count how many times a certain person has said he will clean the internal glass. I’m still waiting. 🙄

Couldn't do without mine now , I use it for the windows , to clean my Glass tables and everyday on the tiles in the shower , dries them beautifully ,
Best thing I ever bought ,
The one cleaning job I'm not good at is cleaning windows but its a doddle with a Karcher .
I don't buy the Karcher window spray though its far too expensive, I just buy Astonish glass & tile cleaner its only £1 out of the cheap shops leaves no marks , spray it on wipe and then dry off with Karcher , job done
Im not fat just 6ft too small

One of the best things i ever bought. I also bought the small attachment, as some of our internal doors have small panes of glass.
I use it on tiles, mirrors and shower screen.Oh and the windows as well.
Also take it to in laws, when i know i'm going to be doing certain jobs.

Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Lots of ladies on here recommend the Karcher Grauntie. I have often thought of getting one!

Must try the Astonish Oma, I just use diluted washing up liquid. The small attachment came with my Karcher, not used it.

Another one here who loves her Karcher. Perfect for the shower screen, mirrors, tiles ...the list goes on.

GM and Gem - it looks as we are the only 3 with mucky windows! I've thought of getting one but the so-called window cleaning thingy on my steam floor cleaner is too heavy to use and it's put me off trying anything else. I just use a bucket of hot water with loads of detergent in, apply it with a j-cloth and squeegee it off. I have to go round the edges with an old towel but that only takes a second or two.

Well Daisy, I suppose the Karcher is only a sqeezee with a motor to such up the water. I still use a cloth around the edges. I don't use mine on tiles and shower screen.

I bought a karcher on the recommendation of a certain granny who's name begins with Q.....and I have to say I've been quite impressed with the results. Though you do have to be careful the windows are wet enough for the machine not to leave streaks.!!

Daisy, some things here have to be allocated to himself. He volunteered for this job but has managed to avoid it for a whole year so far. As soon as I can get out I will purchase one. Nine Grandmas cannot possibly be wrong!
