Rubber gloves - love 'em or hate 'em?

I don't like them usually. Ordinary yellow Marigold type ones leave my eyes streaming and my face itchy, but I keep a pair of blue 'sensitive' ones for emergencies.

On Friday I managed to cut my right thumb and first finger, quite painfully, so I've been wearing them for washing up etc, and they're horrible!

I do wear them for particularly dirty jobs, but would hate to wear them on a daily basis.

I only wear them for cleaning the toilet.

Always use them for washing up , that's because i like the water to be boiling hot ,
I have yellow ones for washing up and Black ones to clean the loo otherwise i dont use them ,

If im cleaning i like to feel the cloth , they always so big on my hands i cant grip the ends of the fingers bend , i have midgets fingers

I always wear rubber gloves when cleaning.
One pair in kitchen cupboard,one pair in the drawer in the downstairs loo.
Another pair in the bathroon cupboard for well cleaning the bathroom.

I don't like wearing them but persevere when doing dirty jobs and taking stuff to the bins etc,I keep a pair of blue ones for keeping the garden clean if Poppy "goes" outside which is not often. I always wear them when cleaning kitchen tiles and cooker as the cleaner may just damage my nails and we can't have that

I wear them for dirty jobs, used them this morning to get the paint work cleaned and ready for sanding. I wear those gardening gloves with a grip for pulling my tights on.

Plant - I think it's an allergy to natural rubber latex. It's only a mild allergy, but unpleasant enough to try to avoid the allergen!

No, it has nothing whatsoever to do with my utter dislike of housework!!!!!!

I always wear them. I’m not keen on them but when washing up I like very hot water. I also wear rubber type gloves for gardening.

Lizzie thats a good idea for your tights , as you know my Friend has Lymphodema and wears those stockings i will tell her that tip
