I have messed up, sorry. I put a post in the wrong place, I have moved it. I hope I haven't messed up previous posts.

      Don't worry Plant.
I am always getting carried away with posts thinking I'm on chat then have to move them 😊

No problem, Plant. Well done for moving it.

You could have a soak in our roll top bath Oma. The only trouble is getting in & out. I'm getting that I can't manage. A pair of step ladders perhaps?😉🤣

Oh Nana if only you or Gem lived nearer I would gladly take either of your offers

The reason we now have a wet room is B cant get in and out of a bath now , normally I don't find it a problem because to be honest I never used the bath just the shower , but days like today I wish we had one ,
Our DD said go to Argos and buy a deep paddling pool , Can you imagine a paddling pool in the wet room it would take forever to fill with a shower head anyway hahaha
Im not fat just 6ft too small

Oma - you'd have to put the paddling pool out in the garden! Not a great idea this stormy, cold weather. I find putting our shower head on the very finest setting is quite good - it has a sort of massaging effect. Although I'm also really grateful we've got a bath as well.

I hope you're feeling less sore and achy today. xx

I keep trying to think up ways I can use my bath, I can get in with a bit of a plop but cant get up to standing again, I can get on my knees but that is it. I know you can buy devices to help but the ones I have seen don't give you a good soak.

Plant I'm the same. Ours is very deep. We're in the process of deciding what to change it to, wet room v smaller sized bath. Hard choice. I miss having a soak tho.

Oma, I Hope that your aches & pains lessen over the coming days.x
