Nana I bought a sprung pillow from Aldi last year it has a small soft spring sprung pocket in the middle they are the best pillows we have ever had . I bought them for our bed and two for spare bed . I get neck problems and Dont get half as much trouble using these . They only get them in now and then but worth keeping a eye out for them x

Nana - yes I definitely have a favourite pillow. It's a Soft feather one from John Lewis. I've also got a slightly plumper one which I throw on the floor but that's nice to prop myself up on while I read in bed.

Oma those pillows sound perfect for me. If you see them in Aldi again will you let me know?

Oma, that's a tongue twister if ever there was one... "small soft spring sprung pocket".

I have cervical spondylosis (sp?) so finding the right pillow can be challenging. I'll keep my eye out for them tho'. Thanks. Daisy I tried a feather one but it made a sort of crunching noise. Some of the pointy feather ends also poked through. Still not found my favourite one.

Nana - yes, you're right about the feathers poking through. I've got an ordinary quilted pillow protector on, but you can get feather-proof ones. I just yank them out if they're scratchy. I like pillows that are thin and soft and stay in place when I bash them about!

I have down and feather mixture pillows, the pillow protector stops the feathers from poking through. Like Grauntie, they get a good bashing every day. I have never seen ones with a spring inside Oma.
