    GoHenry

I talked about this on a previous thread. It is a debit card that kids can carry around when shopping and seems to be accepted by most shops. It's simple - family, friends etc. pay money into the child's GoHenry account and it automatically goes to their card for them to spend or save for later. My two grandchildren love it (especially GD1) as it makes them feel very grownup. They can only spend what is deposited on the card of course as it is not a credit card.

At last-an easy (and fun) way to pay pocket money and teach your kids good money habits

It sounds a very good thing BL, thank you!
I'm sure my GCs parents will be interested in this when they are older.

Clover - ouch, that's an expensive way of giving the GCs pocket money.

I think it's £2.49 a month, with the first 2 months being free.

Gem your figure sounds more likely but I will ask DS1. I know he would never pay anything much higher than that since he is very frugal and also no parents would join on that basis and, I gather, it is becoming very popular.

Oops my mistake. Must have misheard or been having a senior moment.
                  Sorry to panic anyone.

Don't worry Clover senior moments are my speciality. I find I am delighted if I remember what I came into the room for these days
