    Daisy I bought myself and my neighbour (as a thank you for keeping an eye on our house while we were away) a bunch of alstroemerias on the way home .They were in bud but only now,nearly three weeks later,are they starting to go over. Value for money I think.

      I love then Clover, they are a very reasonable price, lovely colours and they do last longer than other flowers.

        Why are there are so many cards for ladies that involve alcohol? Always gin,wine or prosecco. Waitrose seems to have nothing but! They do have some Spike Milligan cards which are slightly rude and suitable for the young chaps in my life, but I often make my own.
        My friend makes his living selling occasion related goods. Always busy, one thing just runs into the next, especially as we seem to have adopted the American way of celebrating some occasions.
