We all all going to DS's and DIL's for a BBQ tomorrow, I don't think the forecast is very good. They have recently had a wonderful kitchen built onto their house and the patio will be finished today. I sent them a standard olive tree for their patio yesterday, they were thrilled. I hope I am not disappointed when I see it.

Cleaning the house tidying the garden trying to get all sorts of things sorted out like clothes to the Sally Army next week, and books we don't want anymore. It's not that warm here and a BBQ for 2 is exhausting so I will take OH out to a local garden centre tomorrow where there is lovely food and we will have lunch there. Family have visitors so we won't see them this time.

Another cupboard clearer here! I thought it would be a good plan to get it out of the way prior to the house move. Also all the washing from our recent walking hols was waiting.
        Oh joy.

Well, there it is! Another Bank holiday week-end is over. The weather is more like February than June and I feel like hibernating. Let's hope it doesn't stay this way until the next Bank Holiday in August.

We had a lovely Bank Holiday Monday, the GK's slept, then got up to go to our Museum, met up with DD and G, what a breath of fresh air he is, i love seeing them all together, my mam came too, had a little bit of a picnic with us which we ate on the grass outside the Museum, they loved it, then went to McDonalds for an ice cream, then the GK's were coming back with me for another sleepover, DD and G came back to ours for an hour or so, before OH took them home, had a great game on "pile on's" on grandad not me, so funny watch G joining in the size of him but he wanted to be on the top.....time to go G was bossing grandad to get in his car and take him home, funny when we were saying to him "get ready for the bus" and he was arguing "no grandad is taking me in his car", OH said it looks like he had no choice....

so four generations at the Museum......
