I love them but was very good and held off having any and kept to my SW programme,I could have had a couple and syned them into my daily food plan but once you start eating them I do find you can't stop on demand

I don't know if it's a Yorkshire tradition or a family one, but on pancake day we just have pancakes for our meal. Yummy.
