Oh good plan Daisy! No more dusting.
I will be a witch or black cat, I have the costumes for either

We have just brought the thicker duvet down for the loft as my feet were getting cold in bed.
I got OH to bring down the Halloween Bag too.

Gem - a few years ago I would have scorned the very idea of bed socks - but not now. I find our thick duvet is too hot but I was waking up with cold feet. But a pair of thin bedsocks (ie threadbare!) keep my toes toasty. Bliss!

I find it so difficult to change the bedding especially when I used my Winter weight duvet but with a throw over my feet and an electric blanket if I need t have managed without the heavy duvet.

We never have a heavy duvet, we are generally too hot for that! Our 'winter' one is 7.5. In the summer we have a lighter one.
Daisy, I do have a pair of bed socks, bought for me as a present once, in my bedside drawer, for nights when I wake up with cold feet!

I think my Halloween party will be safe despite our tier changing.
As childcare is exempt from the restrictions, and I will be looking after all three GC all day whilst their parents work, the party will just be part of the day.

This is DD2s contribution to Hallowe’en! The stalk of the pumpkin is the continuation of the cat’s tail. Very clever, I thought, if not a tad rude! 😸

EDIT BY DAISY I hope you don't mind me editing your post, Grauntie, but I just wanted to say that it's worth tapping to enlarge so you can see it in all its detail - it's very clever indeed! And made me laugh.

Grauntie, I hope we will see that when the Gremlins are banished!

My 3 GC and I had a very fun day. Bobbing for apples, Halloween treasure hunt around the house, pin the nose on the witch, watching The Addams Family film, and other silliness
