    Just saw my first Christmas cards for sale on Thursday it just gets earlier every year

      Hehehe - I don't believe it! There are lots of people who haven't had summer holidays yet. But the shops are starting to get autumn/winter clothes in, and the nights are drawing in. I had to let the dog out at 4 am last night and there was a definite smell of autumn in the air.

        One of the charity shops in town,have had their Christmas cards on the shelves all year round.
        Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

          Oh my goodness never 😲 Santa will be coming in June at this rate grandma2 will it be worth taking the Christmas tree down this year , just leave it up for next year save time 😃🎅

                Clover, I'm another grumpy old nana. I can understand people wanting to get started for Christmas early to avoid the rush, by early I mean 1st December. For me, 20th is plenty soon enough!

                There should be a law against starting inAugust, as their should about Easter eggs going on sale on Boxing Day.
