    Present wrapping

Who wraps the presents in your house ?

This year everyone has gifts in bags with tissue paper on the top as we only have Christmas Santa for the older ones and the GC are getting money in Money cards ,
The only presents we have to wrap this year are Finley’s ,

B does them as he’s good at wrapping .
He never used to be , when the children were small I wouldn’t let him anywhere near as it was a case of scrunch it up stick a bit tape on 😳 he’s learned over the years and he does a really neat job now .

I used to dread all the wrapping unless you sit at a table it’s back breaking ,
I always wrapped on the floor , couldn’t get back up these days if I did that now 😁
Im not fat just 6ft too small

I plan, buy and wrap everything!

OH has 3 vouchers to write for her great nephews, wraps a selection box to go with the cash she gives her godson, and what she gets me. This year we have decided on no main present for each other just stocking fillers so even less wrapping for her

I sit on the sofa and wrap on the coffee table.

Me, I buy, wrap and plan too. I find if I do it on the ironing board it’s not so back breaking.

Like you Oma, I have wrapped them in patterned tissue but I have also put them in bags. I am still waiting for one. Just 2 GS’s want money but only one needs money. I think it will be money for all next year, except DD and Sil.

Usually OH does the wrapping. I sort everything out, putting presents into piles with the intended's name on top. Sometimes I write the tags. This year I've treated OH to what it hope will be a nifty little gadget for cutting rolls of wrapping paper. I hope it works. He stands at the dining room table to do the wrapping.

I do all the planning, finding and shopping or ordering of presents, but it's mainly immediate family so I get help from other family members on what to get.
