Gift shortage

We ordered GD's Apple ipad today for Christmas , there is a shortage no one has any in stock .
We have been told delivery will be between 14-24 December

Luckily for us they are going away over Christmas and wont be back home till new year so allows for any delay I hope before we see them .
GS2 wants some headset thing Oculus Quest 2 its a gaming 3D thing , thankfully they have them in stock everywhere so that's not a problem .

I would hate to be a parent this year trying to get stuff for children , its going to be hard for them

I heard some time ago that there may be shortages this Christmas Oma.
I have got both GS's main presents, and at 12, GD probably won't want anything hard to get.

I feel sorry for families who cant get what their child/grandchild really wants.
