Christmas candles

Do you have them , I love them always get them bought for birthdays or Christmas, at the moment I have a jar Yankee candle in the lounge called Orange Clove, on the work top I have Santa and snowman with little t lights under , I struggle sometimes with t lights they always seem to go out and I’ve paid good money and little they all seem the same to me , my dils mum bought me one of those holders you put a t light in forget the name at the mo and a pack of wax melts , I never know how often you are supposed to use them before replacing , I have one jar Yankee candle in the tv room called Christmas Eve these seem to last forever , and some new melting wax smelling of baking cookies that my Dd bought at a Xmas fair , how about you ?

I have the wax melts and I use it in the kitchen when we have cooked something smelly like fish or meat , they last forever , I go through more Tea lights in the bottom than the actual melts ,
I have just sent for some that smell of Baby powder , Libra has them she said they smell amazing .
I don't have Christmas ones as I find they are too strong and give me a headache , im funny with certain smells like Lilly's, Clove, etc . I think Yankee Candles are worth the money they seem to last ages longer than cheaper ones

Wow Qwerty I bet your house smells gorgeous. I have a pine smelling candle & a M&S Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh candle. Last yr I had the Yankee Christmas tea lights but I found the cinnamon smell too sickly. Love smelly candles.

My favourite Yankee was lilac but they don't do it anymore.😢

I love Christmas scented candles and have lots around the house.Yankee Candles are very good
For tea light holders the 8 hour ones are the best Qwerty. Others don't last long enough. I get mine from Wilko.

I love scented candles. Don'y buy Yankee candles very often.
There is only 2 i can smell, baby powder and black cherry.
Just bought 2 new wax burners from Amazon.Arrived today.
I only burn candles in the kitchen now, on the hob when it's not in use.

I do exactly the same Nanto I light my wax burner on the hob after cooking it drifts right through the house and goes up the extractor making that smell nice too

I like to see (and smell) lovely candles, but OH isn't keen and several members of the family find like Oma - they get headaches.

I always have scented diffusers thingies in the bathrooms and have bowls of pot pourri here and there (out of the dogs' reach).

My other great favourite is all the windows wide open, even if it's freezing cold and it's just a few minutes.

I don't have a sense of smell, well very little, so I don't buy candles as I am not sure what they small like. I have a Yankee Candle, Cherry Vanilla, anyone had one and can tell me what it smells like.

I went to collect Cooper this morning and stood in the car park of DS2's shop sniffing the air like a Bisto kid - I could smell the sea. Love it.
