    Is this the first sightings?

Neighbour over the road from us has a Merry Christmas stencil on her windows with snow stickers all over the rest of the windows.
This will no doubt kick start her downstairs neighbour to get out his Christmas strobe lights and Sant Stop here sign

I personally think that 11 of November , which is the actual date of Remembrance Day , should be kept just for that .
I know you could argue that the war was fought for our freedom but one day out of a whole year to honour our armed forces isn’t much to ask is it ?

I know a lot have posted on Facebook, showing their Christmas trees are up.
      Far too early for me.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

GS1's school friend's family put theirs up at the weekend. His mum is my FB friend so I know!
it's not for me, far too early, but they are doing no one any harm these over eager Christmas celebrators

I'm sure you can all imagine what I'd say if I was rash enough to comment.

Far too early, what are they celebrating?

We went in Tesco & Morrison's yesterday & they're both decorated out for Christmas. I think it's too early & can't imagine how long the wait must feel for the little ones.
