Gem - no problems at all for me -

I do also like Christmas cake and mince pies and really nice chocolate Yule logs. But not all at once!

My favourite would be sponge pudding and custard.

I love trifle too but voted for Christmas pudding. I shall be making a trifle for DS as he hates anything with dried fruit in it.

              Christmas pudding for me.
I used to make my own when we had a houseful for Christmas but now as we don't tend to be at home on Christmas day, we spend the day at DS and DIL's I do buy about three small Christmas puddings which we have later in the year. We have one on boxing day as DS and DIL don't tend to eat Christmas pudding, there is usually a trifle or something from Waitrose as they do really nice desserts.

I love them all also Gemini I even love rich fruit cakes all year around you know the bar type ones that you buy,but now that I am at SW again they are all off limits for the foreseeable future, maybe I can just have a smell of the marzipan.

I love them all except for Christmas cake. I really don’t like Christmas cake or any rich fruit cake. I love making Christmas cake. It smells delicious, but I don’t eat it.

Christmas pudding seems to be the winner so far

Gem, thje only trouble with Christmas pudding is if it comes after a very large turkey dinner and you've forgotten to leave room for it! I would rather start with my Christmas pud with brandy butter, then I wouldn't have to worry about being too full to enjoy it.
